New 3 Swap Rule

Jen and I are hoping to have more swaps open throughout the year. We are actually aiming to have 2-4 swaps open at all times!! With that many swaps happening at once, we realized we need to get a few things organized.

Once you have look over this, would please post to let us know that you've read it...we would really appreciate it!! Thanks!

The 3 Swap Rule:

~ You may only join 3 swaps at once.

~ If you are already on 3 swaps, you must wait for a swap to be over before joining a new swap.

Your time frame on a swap is from the time you sign up until the time your package is reported received (either confirmed from your DC# or from your SP).

~ If you try to sign up for a 4th swap, you will be notified that your name will not be officially added to the swap list until you've completed one of the swaps you are currently on.

Given the length of our swaps, it shouldn't be difficult for you to be able to participate in almost every swap you want while staying within this rule. It is in place so that no one stretches themselves too thin.

Thanks ladies for being so understanding. We want to keep this fun for all and Hillary and I are trying to come up with new and fun ideas but we dont want anyone stretching themselves too thin and not being able to fullfill a package to the best of their ability.
