PACKAGE REQUIRMENTS: You must send a *fall* card and write somewhere in it who your favorite group/band was when you were a teen that you just rocked out too! List a couple of verses or chorus from your favorite song in case your pal isn't familiar with them! Add minimum of 3 items like the following to your box so your pal can decorate the inside of their home for fall/thanksgiving (or outside of their homes)examples are:
centerpiece, cornucopia, window clings, wall decorations, fake leaves to spread around a centerpiece or table, table runner, gourds, garlands (fall themed) or anything that is themed around fall.

PRE-SHIP PACKAGE VALUE: $10.00 with a minimum of 3 fall items and a card with your favorite song in it
(just for fun, you could also decorate the outside of your box with stickers or markers with musical things or clues as to who your fav band/group was!) (or even fall themed pictures)

COUPON REQUIRMENTS: 30 potluck coupons, no junk .
No multiples of any 1 coupon unless it is an exact match to wishlist.

SIGN-UP FORM

SIGN-UP DATES: You have until October 30. Match ups sent by the 31st.

MAIL BY DATE: November 6 WITH delivery confirmation

DELIVERY COMFIRMATION FORM must have

MINIMUM FEEDBACK TO PARTICIPATE:10 positive, no negatives

I didn't make it an option because i was making it a potluck and figured that would make it a little easier than wishlist matching so at least some coupons are being recieved. If someone wants to wishlist match thats fine but they don't have to. I hope you will join us and the fun of this SWAP!
