Update on my outgoing box - After many issues with labels, my box finally went out yesterday and dc# was PMd to hburmeister.

Update on my outgoing box - After many issues with labels, my box finally went out yesterday and dc# was PMd to hburmeister.

I had label issues too. Blah, dh thinks i should just fork over the change for the free DC and stop using paypal .

I printed a label, a little bit later went to get the label from the printer, which i was printing on recycled paper, that dh put in upside down...DID NOT REALIZE THIS. Ran in (later) to get the label, realized it was printed wrong. (meanwhile) dh installs the printer on his (new) laptop. I try to reprint, can no connect wireless to the printer, miss mail pick up, forget until monday (since can't mail on Sunday anyway), Monday am still can not connect to printer, have to leave for work. Get home, finally connect, try to reprint, can't reprint since its been over 24 hours, try to cancel, can't cancel since purchase was 48 hrs prior (or vice versa)...Ended up having to pay additional priority shipping

You should be able to take the transaction # and dc# to cancel the first label, even after 24 hours. I had to do it 2x, but I printed directly from USPS website, not problem paypal this time. If you can't do it, I'd call USPS to help. Their web site said I had 10 days to be issued a refund on a non-used label. HTH
If I ever have another problem with printing like this time, i will boycott printing online. Too much drama . Sometimes, the printing saves no time at all, def. not worth the .70 for the dc#. kwim?
