This is the Trick or Treat-Smell My Feet-Kids Only Halloween Exchange!

To participate in this swap....you need to be a kid (well, have a kid. We need the parents to do the signing up, agreeing to the rules, yada yada yada....)

The theme for this exchange is Halloween/Trick or Treat-A Trick or Treat Bag, A Halloween themed goodie (Halloween pencils, erasers, note pads... etc) for your pal AND a 20 sticker potluck!! (Please note: Due to allergies and the like, we are not advocating that candy be sent.)

If you have multiple kids, go ahead and sign them up (Please note, there is a limit of 4 kids per family). For each child you sign up, you will have to send a box for, example if you sign up 4 kids you need to send out (4) $5 gifts to 4 other kids.

When you sign your child(ren) up please use THIS FORM

Each package will contain a Trick or Treat Bag and a Halloween Themed Goodie ($5 minimum) and 20 Stickers!
While we will try our best to match your child(ren) up with another child around the same age... it might not be possible in all cases.

Sign up date September 25th. Match up will be sent September 27th. Mail Date is October 12th.

In order to participate in a Secret Pal Exchange you must qualify to the following:

A member of HCW for 30 days.
Have an itrader rating of 20 (that is 20 successful trades).
Your Positive Feedback percentage must be equal to or greater than 95%

Requirements for this exchange:

You will mail a package that contains a Trick or Treat bag and a Halloween Themed Goodie.
Your package will also contain 20 Stickers.
Your package must have a minimum value of $5.00. This does not include shipping costs, or the value of the stickers included.
If food is sent as extras, it must be new and sealed, and unexpired.
Post this thread that you have mailed your package
Once you receive a package you post that you have received it on this thread. (This is so your secret pal knows you received it.... we don't want pkgs going missing and not know about it.)
Your package must be mailed no later than the mail date, they can be mailed early.

Requirements for the sender:

Mail the package by October 12th.
Delivery confirmation required with tracking number
Send the forum moderators the delivery confirmation number. to do so, fill out the form found HERE
Post to this thread on the date the package was mailed
It is your responsibility to make sure your package gets to the receiver.
PM the host ASAP if issues come up and you cannot mail on time.

If you cannot follow the sender requirements then do not sign up!!!

In the event a package(s) is not mailed, a seperate bad trade report will be filed for each package owed. Once bad trade proceedings have been completed the result will be

20 Points OR 8 Infractions = 5 Day Ban from the board 1 unresolved bad trade results in 20 points.

30 Points OR 10 Infractions = Permanent Ban from the board. 2 unresolved bad trades results in 30 infractin points.

Requirement for receiver:

Post to this thread that you received the package
Inform the host of any address changes asap

If you cannot follow the receive requirements then do not sign up!!!

NOTICE TO ALL

DO NOT give negative reputation points to host or to your SP for lost packages after the exchange is over.
The secret pal moderators reserve the right to deny a member from joining any exchange for any reason at their discretion.
If you fail to follow the requirements you will receive the following:

1. Be listed on the Bad Trader List
2. Receive negative iTrader Feedback
3. Be banned from Secret Pal Exchange
