Summer/Outdoors Exchange~ Reminder to post in the Mail call thread!
This is a one-time exchange.
The theme for this exchange is summer/outdoor gifts.
$10 minimum gift
Sign up date end June 17. Match-up will sent June 18.
In order to participate in a Secret Pal Exchange you must qualify to the following:
1. A member of HCW for 30 days. 2. Have an itrader rating of 5 (that is 5 successful trades). 3. Have 95% itrader feedback score.
Requirements for this exchange:
* You will mail a package that contains a summer/outdoor gift (Beach/pool stuff, gardening, bird watching, camping) Be Creative! * Your package will also include 10+ coupons. * Don't mail a ton of multiples unless he/she ask for them. For example, don't send 10 coupons of Advil unless he/she states that they need multiples. * Also, don't include short expire coupons (less than 2 weeks) in your count of 10+. These would be a bonus. The coupons need to expire later to give your secret pal time to use them. Do not send printable or expired coupons unless your pal says he/she can use them. * If your pal does not have children, don't send baby coupons, if he/she does not have pets don't send pet coupons and if he/she does not ask for diet coupons, don't send them diet coupons.... you get the point!! * You may send MIRs, Rebate forms, and TRM. They are counted as part of the 10. * Post on the thread that you have mailed your package * Once you receive a package you post that you have received it on this thread. (This is so your secret pal knows you received it.... we don't want pkgs going missing and not know about it.) * Your package must be mailed no later than the mail date, they can be mailed early.
Requirements for the sender:
* Mail the package by July 03, 2008 * Delivery conformation required with tracking number * Send a pm to the host with the delivery confirmation tracking number. (pm title: Your user name/Your sp's name/Package title/Tracking Number~~Please do it like this so the host doesn't have to open each pm to find the one in question) * Post to the mail call thread on the date the package was mailed * It is your responsibility to make sure your package gets to the receiver. * PM the host ASAP if issues come up and you cannot mail on time.
If you cannot follow the sender requirements then do not sign up!!!
Requirement for receiver:
* Post to the mail call thread that you received the package * Inform the host of any address changes asap * Not all coupons/gifts will be from your wish list * The wish list is a guide for your Secret Pal
If you cannot follow the receive requirements then do not sign up!!!
NOTICE TO ALL
* DO NOT give negative reputation points to host for lost packages or to your SP after the exchange is over. * If you fail to follow the requirements you will receive the following: 1) Be listed on the Bad Trader List 2) Receive negative iTrader Feedback 3) Be banned from Secret Pal Exchanges Time to be determined by the host, moderator, and owners of HCW

Signing up for this Secret Pal means you agree to ALL rules, requirements, and punishments of the Secret Pal Exchange.
Secret Pals and Gift Exchanges are a higher outlay of money for each person that joins and you should not join if you cannot afford to spend the money for the gifts and/or shipping.
