New SP ~Summer Survival Exchange~Mail Call Thread ~ SEE UPDATE POST 17

This is a Summer Survival exchange for kids and adults.

The theme for this exchange is one-time exchange.

Sign up date ends June 14. Match up will be sent June 15.

Sign up extended to June 21. Mail date extended to June 27.





In order to participate in a Secret Pal Exchange you must qualify to the following:

1. A member of HCW for 30 days.
2. Have an itrader rating of 5 (that is 5 successful trades).
3. Have 95% itrader feedback score.

Requirements for this exchange:

• You will mail a package that contains items that will keep kids busy during summer school vacation, $10 value.
• Post on the thread that you have mailed your package
• Once you receive a package you post that you have received it on this thread. (This is so your secret pal knows you received it.... we don't want pkgs going missing and not know about it.)
• Your package must be mailed no later than the mail date, they can be mailed early.

Requirements for the sender:

• Mail the package by June 20. Extended to June 27.
• Delivery conformation required with tracking number
• Send a pm to the host with the delivery confirmation tracking number. (PM title: Your user name/Your SP's name/Package title/Tracking number~~please do it this way so the host doesn't have to open a ton of pms looking for the one in need).
• Post to the mail call thread on the date the package was mailed
• It is your responsibility to make sure your package gets to the receiver.
• PM the host ASAP if issues come up and you cannot mail on time.

If you cannot follow the sender requirements then do not sign up!!!




Requirement for receiver:

• Post to the mail call thread that you received the package
• Inform the host of any address changes asap
• Not all coupons/gifts will be from your wish list
• The wish list is a guide for your Secret Pal

If you cannot follow the receive requirements then do not sign up!!!





NOTICE TO ALL

• DO NOT give negative reputation points to host for lost packages or to your SP after the exchange is over.
• If you fail to follow the requirements you will receive the following:
  1) Be listed on the Bad Trader List
  2) Receive negative iTrader Feedback
  3) Be banned from Secret Pal Exchanges
  Time to be determined by the host, moderator, and owners of HCW

Is there amin value on eack package? What should each package look like? What if I have 47 kids? Can they all join seperately?

Games
Outside toys
Play-do
Anything to keep them busy and have fun at the same time.
