    It says "receipt"--I'm hoping I can submit more than one receipt, though. Did anyone see or know a phone number to check on this? TIA

    It says 'Receipt' at the top, but down at the bottom it says, "Mail completed submission form, UPC codes, and cash register receipt(s) to:"

    I don't think this rebate is for everyone. I logged in my account and could not find any such rebate and the latest email I received did not mention. At the very bottom of the page that mom23teens posted it says --
