I have never done this program and I don't know much about it

I found a peelie on a product I bought
Inside it says "this is your unique code" then it lists a code

It says to enter your code on clickcallmail.com

Then says "to earn bonus box tops buy any 8 Get 50 bonus box tops ($5 value)

and

buy any 12 get 100 bonus box tops ($10) value"

It has some valid dates listed


So, what is this peeelie, what's it worth? how do they know if you bought the 8 or 12 products?
