the onyo should not affect the mail in rebate (it is mail in right?). i dont do rebates too often...actually seldom to none.

i dont know about using coupons with the rebate though. i hear so often that people get denied rebates for using coupons, another reason why i do not do them

but, if you are getting the items anyway, i would mail the rebate in and see. cant hurt and it is only really costing you the .44 stamp and the envie.

maybe someone else knows the answer.

Ok.....so I went to do the P&G DEAL. I had received two pantene coupons from e-mailing the manufacturer a complement. They were both for -$2.00 off any one pantene product (whoo hoo! good ones!).

So it worked out, I got 4 pantene conditioners (2/$7 = $14.00)
I got 2 head n shoulders (2/$7)
And I got one crest mouthwashed priced at $5.59

coupons: -2.00/1 pantene, -2.00/1, pantene (these were the ones from emailing the manuf.), -1.00/2 pantene, -1.00/2 head n shoulders, -1.00/1 crest mouth rinse = -7.00

so..... 26.59 - 7.00 in coupons, and I got back $10.00 = $1.37 per item.....pretty good, these items retail 4.99 - 5.99 with no sales going on.

*note....apparently its only p&g products that are stickered in the store, I asked customer service before I did it, and they said it was ANY P&G product and showed me the same list that is on this thread. So at the end, when the $10.00 in store coupon did not print for me, I just went back to customer service, showed them my receipt, they were totally nice about it and gave me the $10.00 in cash (!) back :)

I made sure to buy some other things with my P&G stuff and used coupons (I had 2 $1.00 Bounty coupons, 2 $1..50 Pampers coupons, and 1 $1.00 Pringles coupons) so there is no way for the rebate redemption place to know if the coupons are for the P&G stuff or the other things on the receipt.

My neice is out of work and I am trying to help her with diapers and wipes for her son as much as I can. She carried the benefits for the family and now they are paying $1300 a month for health care insurance. Her husband works full time and has a good job but no benefits!!
