ETA ~ most of these rebates are put out/sponsered by an alcohol company ~ coors ~ bud ~ michelob ~ miller ~ etc etc & you need to be careful that the MIR (mail in rebate) in good in MO

NBPR = no beer purchase required
NAPR = no alcohol purchase required

if you are near/in a bigger city, i'd check out the alcohol sections of your stores ~ schnucks ~ dierbergs ~ shop n save ~ etc for the forms

since i live in a small town, i get most of my forms from ebay & sometimes from the trading boards on this site

the rebate thread here can give you an idea of what forms would benefit you the most
