Scotch brand scissors 10/$10 FREE w/$1 off q

I was at Schnuck's yesterday and saw that the Scotch brand scissors are 10 for $10. There were tearpad coupons right above the scissors for $1/1, making the scissors free! When I got to the checkout there were more scissors there and a sign that said 'limit 3'. I did not see this sale in the ad and don't remember how long it goes.

those scissors rock!! i hope my stores have them on sale too. might be one of the unadvertised monthly....

There are also IP's for these (trying to remember maybe Target..not sure if they are manu or target ones though..so maybe not helpful LOL) but I also know that on scotch tape at walmart they have peelies that have I think $5 in coupons including the $1/1 on the scissors.
