Coupon Question with catalinas

Hey guys!
I'm only about a month into my coupon adventure so I'm still trying to figure out a couple litttle things here and there. My question is can I stack a MF coupon on top of my Schnucks Catalina? I'm thinking no because at the top of the Cat it says MF coupon, but idk I thought that's how people are getting things SO low priced...
*Also, the Q I'm talking about is for Pedia Sure...does a Cat print out for this item all the time? Or did I just get lucky?

If the catalina has "Manufacturer Coupon" at the top, then it cannot be stacked with another manufacturer coupon. Most catalina coupons are either a Manufacturer coupon or are what we call "OYNO/OYNSO" (On Your Next Order / On Your Next Shopping Order) coupons. These will say something like "$3 off On Your Next Shopping Order" and are typically the result of purchasing a certain number of qualifying items that the manufacturer has decided to offer an incentive on.
An OYNO can usually be used in the same order with manufacturer coupons as the OYNO doesn't apply to a specific item, but rather to the whole shopping order.
So, you could buy 3 boxes of cereal, use a manufacturer coupon on each box, and then also redeem a "$2 ONYO" in the transaction as well.

Keep in mind, different Schnucks stores have differing policies on how they double coupons (if they do) and how many coupons a customer can double in one transaction/trip/whatever - so everyone's Schnucks experience & savings result will vary depending on the store.

Like lady margaret explained a catalina coupon that states "manufacturer" and has a $x off Pediasure can not be used in conjunction with a regular manufacturer say from the paper or printed from the internet.

The rule is one manufacturer per item. This would be using two manufacturer's on one items with is not allowed.

as far as the coupons printing from the catalina machine, i have gotten a few of the pediasure coupons and i never purchased pediasure, so they must be random.

i did get a free photobook code yesterday from the catalina machine!

Great ladies thanks for the great detailed answers/help! And yea I got that Photobook Cat as well, I'll have to try it out bc the last time I tried to get a freebie from that online company it ended up not being so free so I'm crossing my fingers!! :)

you have to make sure you get that specific book. and pay for shipping...but if you are getting one anyway, it is way cheaper than paying full price
