We have one in Sanford Maine. The first weekend of every month they have a great meat sale (heading there tomorrow). I usually can stock up on enough meat to last me through the month. As far as using coupons, they used to have coupons for their store brands on their website, but of course a handful of people ruined it for everyone. There are a handful of name brands there that you can match up with coupons--I think it just depends on when you go.
