Has anyone else noticed that items that are suppose to be on sale are still the same price months later?

I have notice this at several stores the past few months.

I have noticed this for many years at Save A lot, it seems to be a way to attract attention to these items without actually making them cost any less.

I guess it works. You think you are getting a bargain and buy it.
