The thing I dislike is packing everything up after Christmas and the mess. But I love the after Christmas sales.

peeling potatos for the extended family Xmas (grandma's siblings and their families downward).

crazy day-after-Christmas shoppers! I had never gone out the day after Xmas before. Many people were waiting for Target to open and it was common to get tapped by shopping carts in the Seasonal area. Why not leave the cart on the side and walk in the busy area to grab items?

so true!! and i hate taking all the trash off to the dump--no trash pick up in my area! well, come to think of it, i miss the trash pick up everyday. i had to haul off 6 large black bags today. it takes up alot of room in the kitchen. (they are closed on sundays and were closed yesterday).

working the day after Christmas and getting returns that were bought as gifts, and then having to tell the customer that the items they are returning were bought last January and we can't take them back because they are so old.

I hate what christmas has turned into. It's all about buying presents. I miss celebrating the true meaning of christmas.
