Does Save a lot have a website for their weekly ads? Or do you get a flyer in the mail?
Thanks
Not sure if it is good for all areas but here is what my store has on sale:

I buy the milk frequently. Save-A-Lot usually has better prices than the big stores.
I checked the prices at my SAL in Central Florida on Friday (9/30) and there wasn't any signage about any kind of special sale :(
I have bought my milk there for years, as well as my eggs and it's perfectly fine. We use skim milk. It's consistently about $1 cheaper than Publix's. The large eggs (1 dozen) are great, sometimes on sale for $0.99 a dozen. The medium eggs (trays of 30) are OK but I find the shells more fragile. I also buy my apple juice there, 100% apple juice (Tipton Groves), I think it's $1.59 a bottle now (Not sure, I buy it by the case!) and it's ALWAYS cheaper than the other stores.
