Convince me to try Save-a-Lot!

A brand new Save-a-Lot just opened near our home. I'm pretty well set with Meijer and Kroger, so I'm curious what you love about Save-a-Lot.

There are deals to be had at Sav-A-Lot. I wouldn't say it was the main store I shop in but I will go in when there is a good sale.

I'm almost positive I saw some coupons in the paper the other day for Save-a-Lot. Sorry I don't remember any of the details but I remember thinking I need to check them out. We have a new one in town (well about a year old) and I haven't been there yet.

My mom goes and she loves the meat.
- I wasn't impressed either time. I could get better deals with coupons at other stores. It was all weird names, and few choices. Especially the produce.

I have had some good deals but it is when they purchase brand merchandise. They had brand name toliet tissue for 1.00 and I had 1.00 coupons. they had a deal on bounty and I paid .27 a roll. It is just good to pick up the ad because they might have a deal. I also price match at wal-mart because my Save a Lot is further away.
