Does anyone have a good recipe for pizza and enchilada sauces? I am thinking of making some in big batches so that I can freeze them and take them out as I need them. TIA

I have a Red Chile Sauce recipe posted here.
It's an authentic New Mexican recipe and uses the Red Chile Powder that you would find in the ethnic food/Spanish section at your grocery store. You could also use the dried Chile pods that you can find there sometimes too, there is usually a recipe on the back of the pod package for making a chile sauce.
Good Luck!!

I use the Exquisite Pizza Sauce from Allrecipes.com- it is a bit spicy, but we like it that way.
I'll post mine in the sauces section. Marinara sauce is good and fairly easy.

I like to try different ethnic recipes too. Maybe we can start a new post for that.
