Blueberry Sauce Blueberry Sauce ½ cup sugar 1 Tbsp corn starch ½ tsp ground cinnamon ¼ tsp ground nutmeg ½ cup hot water 2 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained In small saucepan, combine sugar, corn starch, cinnamon and nutmeg. Gradually stir in water. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Add the blueberries and continue stirring just until sauce reaches a boil again. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Serve warm over pancakes, ice cream, or cake.
