Safeway Clearance Deals

Found lots of cute toys for 75%, for .75c to $1.57. These are will be great for adding variety to my stockpile sales!

Also, Altoids Cinnamon mints are "discounted" to $1.89. Oddly enough, all the other mint varieties are on sale for $2/3 right now. :rolleyes: There are $1 peelies out there; found some at Safeway and I've hear there's more at WAGS.

Lots of O Organic pasta was on clearance at my store for 50 cents a package. Included spaghetti and many others.

My Safeway is a smaller store, so most of the time my clearance items are things that they toss in a basket rather than left on the shelf. Last night there was Garnier Fructis shampoo for $2, big shiny hair for $2, not super exciting. Leggs hose was $1.

Funny, there was a $2 Garnier poo at my Safeway on the clearance rack, but I didn't have the latest Sunday Qs with me at the time (for the $1 Q), dangit! I love the smell of that stuff.

BTW, there are clearanced items on the regular shelves, too, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled and post what you find. For example, I'm still kicking myself for not snapping up Bright Green facial tissue the other week for $1.67 box and now it's all gone. I had $1/1 cats that would've made this a great deal.

Oh well, there's always another bus around the corner.

That's an awesome deal. Diapers are great for donations or stockpile sales.

Were those the Mom-2-Mom brand? There were a $1 Q off any Mom-2-Mom item that expired end of October, which was wonderful for picking up cheap wipes but would've been even better on the diapers.

In the Tea aisle: Safeway Selection Teas Reg. $4.99, now $0.99.

Not sure if this only my local Safeway, but most of the Ken's Steakhouse Dressings are on "overstock clearance" for $1.50 a bottle. If you have coupons, these could be as cheap as .50 per bottle.

I personally love the Chunky Bleu Cheese. It's great on Buffalo Strips!

Always Feminine Pads were on clearance last night. 14 ct. Ultra Thin longs with the "Clean" pad for $1.49 and 20 ct. ultra thin longs for $.99. I didn't have any coupons, but at that price, I stocked up anyway.

Also, Decor red and green sanding sugars for $.48/bottle and the cans (similar to whipping cream) of decorating icing with multiple tips for $1.25 each in 3 colors - black, white & orange. The white ones were the exact same ones in the front of the store for $5.15, but from Halloween time.
