Loading coupons to card

I just recently moved and am not familiar with Safeway. I go to Safeways website and load coupons are those manf coupons? I am assuming yes. However my neighbor told me you can load safeway coupons.

I called the Manager he wasn't any help.

~ Is there paper coupons for Safeway
~ Can you load Safeway coupons to the card

Most of Safeways loadable coupons are manufacturer ones. On occasion there is a store coupon now and then. Whatever store paper coupons come out in the weekly ad here (which is Wednesday for me, don't know what day yours would come out). They are usually only good for that week. Sometimes they put out coupon booklets in the stores, but you never know when they might do that.
