Safeway Memorial Day Sale Paper

On page 7, it has buy any 2 participating products get $6 instantly. How do we really know what are the "participating products"?? Seems like a few pictured in ad would be a good deal using coupons and then the $6 off. Any guidance????

I checked at my Safeway and only the items pictured were included in the sale, so for me, even using coupons didn't really give a big price cut, so I opted not to purchase them. Make sure you really check the price tags in your store on the items--some of the items that were the same brand (like Tide) were on sale but not included in the promo--good luck!
