It's mentioned on the front page of todays Ad, says they should be in stores now!

The first Safeway I went hadn't put them out yet, and the second one had them all guarded. Some were by the flower kiosk with TWO people standing nearby... Boy was that a challenge! There were also some on the self-checkouts with just one person near all 4 check-outs, so that was a snap.

Jeez, I'm really glad my store doesn't do that! I would be really turned off if mine guarded the coupon books!
