This could be regional.. not sure. But while at my local Safeway the other day, saw that Del Monte Ready-to-Blend Fruit Smooties were 10/$10. Use $1/1 Del Monte Ready-to-Blend Smoothie Kit Q's from 8.15 RP, and it'll be FREE

Didn't catcht the exact end.date - but I believe it was 9.5 or 9.6 - about a week after Sept starts.

~These were in the refrigerated section... w/ other fruits/salads.

I did this today with no problems at all. I didn't know about the policy change so I guess YMMV. My cashier was fairly on top of things, too, checking to make sure my coupons were double-able before taking the $2 off.

I did the mac & cheese/capri sun deal this weekend also. Had no problems. My store will take q's for free items UNLESS it is a printable where you do not have to buy one item to get the other free.

Example: (these are not real printables, just using as examples)

printable: FREE Doritos no other purchase necessary (NOT ACCEPTED)

printable: FREE Lays dip when you buy any Doritos (ACCEPTED)

Just noticed in the weekend ad that Charmin 24 big roll (=48 regular) and Bounty 12 big (=16 regular) are $12.99 with a $3 discount per item when you buy 2.

So 1 Charmin and 1 Bounty = $12.99 * 2 = $25.98, - $3 *2 = 19.98

Use the following coupons:

Bounty Q $1/1 = $18.98
Charmin Q $0.25/1 doubled = $18.48
P&G Bounty esaver Q $3 = $15.48
P&G Charmin esaver Q $3 = $12.48

This seems like a good price to me, I will give this a try tomorrow morning.

Did you have any other eQ's that didn't come off, Cellfire Shortcuts? Sometimes they don't come off when the store loses their connection to the mothership, I think somebody mentioned it happening when they were doing a backup.
