    HELP Safeway - Anyoneknow what triggers the eating right produce catalina?

    I found them in the trash at the uscan.

    the bagged romaine is buy one get one free $2.50 a bag
    you could use a 1/1 catalina coupon and get two bags for $1.50 -$0.75 a piece good deal

    coupon states 1.00 eating right produce any limit one coupon per transaction

    i called catalina marketing they said theses are coming out random per card holder
