I found the display in the dairy section (Wasilla, AK). There were also little tag/signs all throughout the store in various locales telling about it.

I picked up 20 booklets today at the Safeway store in Warrenton, VA. Heading out early am to snag some more tomorrow. Booklets are located on the dairy case doors in a plastic holder attached to front refrigerated doors.
