Went to my local Safeway today and got 20 boxes of cereal (had 15 blinkies that doubled and 5 regular). The lady scanned all the cereal, then started scanning the coupons, and after the 5th coupon and her realizing they were doubling, she stopped and said she couldn't scan anymore b/c it would make them free.Then I said, but you get reimbursed from the manufacturer. Then she said, "oh, well they won't scan" and then I said "But you haven't even tried- the first 5 went through fine", And then she said she could only scan one coupon per transaction. Even the lady behind me said that was dumb. Finally, I asked for a manager and the manager said that if I had bought 20 boxes of cereal, I could use the 20 coupons... And of course, it worked and I only paid $5.99. So, 25 total boxes of cereal for $6.59.
Re: Safeway Ad 3/10 - 3/16 It worked plus I figured out that Cocoa Pebbles qualify as part of the Catalina, son is now happy!
5 BC Fruit Snacks, 5 Cocoa Pebbles, 1 Zone Perfect Bar, 1 Chex Mix Bars, 1 Quaker Cereal, 2 NV Nut Clusters, 1 NV Granola Bars after coupons, promo, and ecoupons the out of pocket was....drum roll...55 cents plus 11 cents tax.
Is it sad that I am planning to stop again tomorrow, I can't help it!

5 BC Fruit Snacks, 1 BC Warm Delight, 4 Hamburger Helper, 1 Chex Mix Bars, 1 NV Clusters, 1 NV Granola Bars, 1 Honey Nut Cheerios, 1 Chocolate Cheerios.
Final Cost after OYNO (I paid with a $3.50 cat and got one back so it evened out), coupons & ecoupons was ...... 5 cents! Then I had to pay 24 cents tax! Come on, that's 500% tax
This has been a pretty good week.
Re: Safeway Ad 3/10 - 3/16 Oh crap! I totally forgot about the cat for the Pebbles cereal.
Yesterday I did two transaction of 20 items 5 of which were fruit roll-ups and then did a transaction of just 6 roll-ups and the cat didn't print, so I went to customer service and they just handed me 7 bucks, but dang it now I didn't get the cat for the Pebbles. I bought 4 boxes how much is that? Anyone know the cat # and whats envolved in trying to get my money back, is it worth the hassle?

Re: Safeway Ad 3/10 - 3/16 All I know is that it's called the Kellogg's calendar rebate. They came out sometime last year which was when I traded for my forms and have been holding on to them (you can do up to 8 per household).
