Safeway - Post Cereals up to $4 oyno 2/26-3/21/10

For some reasom I'm thinking there are two different kinds and/or brands of Raisin Bran, or maybe its called Raisin . .

The Kellogg's Raisin Bran is the one that comes under the 5/$5 promo, but the Catalina is Post cereals only. Post also has a Raisin Bran so that is where the confusion is.

On the plus side I found that by going through the shop online feature of the Safeway website there seem to be a lot more qualifying cereals than the ones listed in the ad!

Edit: Actually according to the website the Post Raisin Bran is in the 5/$5 promo also, it's listed as one of the $1.50 items, the Kelloggs is $2.

Correct, they both give a double dip with catalina promos and the store $5/5 promo. They also couple with ecoupons from cellfire/shortcuts/safeway coupon link, this makes for multiple trips and great deals!

They are offering a promo of buy 5 get $5 at check out. If you pair this with the cereal listed above, then you can also get a catalina.

My scenario should have been:
Buy 2 Fruity Pebbles = $3.00 after instant discount
Buy 2 Honey Bunches of Oats = $4 after instant discount
Buy 1 POST Raisin Bran = $2 after instant discount

I used a $1/2 fruity pebbles Q, a $1/2 Honey Bunches of Oats Q and a $2/1 printable Raisin Bran Q. Cost OOP = $5, get $4 catalina or like $.20/box after catalina!!!

The buy 5 get $5 at the register is over - correct? TIA

The date in the OP says 3/21 so it should be good to go

The buy 5 get $5 off promo is over but the cat promo is good until 3/21. hth
