Safeway Store Coupons now Loadable to Card

Just saw on facebook that now you can load store specific safeway coupons directly to your safeway card in addition to the loadable manufacturers Q's.

Along with that change though, my Tom Thumb here in the metroplex said that 2 days ago Safeway changed it's internet printable policy and they are no longer accepting any internet printables that are not Safeway specific. And my loadables did not come off, but I'm calling about that today.

I used a whole stack of IP yesterday here in DFW. I think it was your cashier.

I loaded all the Q's on my card and not a single one came through, $11.50 worth!! Store manager could not help, called into the 877 number twice and now waiting for a return call. Make sure they work.

I read on a blog recently (sorry, forget which one) to be sure to only load the Safeway coupons. If you load the mfr coupons, you lose out on printing them and then you are stuck using them at Safeway. That's just what I heard, haven't checked it myself yet.

Just tested this on the $2.00 Bertolli coupon from the Safeway site and it came off fine. It shows up as "Card Savings" rather than an e-coupon. I also used a regular $2.00 coupon on this and there were no problems.

It will also show up sometimes as a reduction in the price. For instance, if you bought x at $3.00 and there was a $1.00 safeway coupon then your receipt may show the price as $2.00 instead.

Same thing with me.. I emailed and they emailed me that my card didn't have any "loadables" on them. That is BS because I click "what's on my card" and I can see the list. So I just called and she said that she sees some of the coupons that I have on the card.... but not all??? :hectic1: She couldn't help me.. I told her that I bought these items specifically for the coupons and I have over $7 of coupons I expected to come off... I asked since I have the reciept if I could get the $$ put on my card.. she said they dont do that.. GRRRRR...

Where are these at-all I find are the links for Sortcuts, Cellfire and P&G
