Survey for $10 Safeway GC on Safeway website

When you go to the Safeway.com homepage there is a pop-up window asking you to take a survey. If you qualify, you will receive a $10 Safeway GC by mail. I did it from the Safeway website, but you would probably see it at the other Safeway affiliated store websites too like Randalls, Dominicks etc.

I tried too. And when I was almost done, had a power hit that shut everything down. It won't come up again, either. Oh well.
