Does this scenario work?? Or can it get better?

I want a second opinion on this scenario:

My Safeway has the Oscar Meyer Deli Creations on sale B1G1Free. They also have a coupon dispenser with B2G1Free coupons in it AND I have $1/1 coupons. So, is it possible to get 6 for the price of less than 2 with the following math?

Get 3 with the B2G1 coupon (pay for 2 @ 3.79, get 3)
+ 3 more for the B1G1 Safeway sale (get 3 free)
- $1/1 =

$7.58- $1 q = $6.58 for 6??

Or is there a way that this could be better?

For me, $1.10 each for my husband to take to work for lunch is good, but could it be better??

Also, I live in Alaska, so my prices are considerably higher than those in the Lower 48.

I don't have a safeway, but if you can scan your card last, here would be my thinking, Doesn't mean it's right.:shrug7:

Buy 6 - use 6 coupons

Use 2 $3/2 and 4 $1/1, then Safeway promo BOGO
3.79 * 6 = 22.74
-6 (2 times 3/2)
-4 (4 times 1/1)
-11.37 (3 free ones from Safeway promo)

$1.37 for 6

Will this work?

If so, I need to get coupons to my mom!

Are you sure the coupon is B2G1 Deli Creations? At my Safeway, the blinkie coupon is buy 2 Oscar Meyer Deli Fresh Shaved Meats, get one free deli creation sandwich. I saw on another site where someone confused this coupon. It does have a picture of the Deli Creation and says Buy 2 get 1 FREE, but if you read it carefully it says buy 2 shaved meats.

If that is the case you could buy 2 shaved meats and use the coupon to get 2 free deli creations with the BOGO sale.

You're right. I grabbed a bunch of these this weekend and it does say 2 shaved meats. The clerk didn't notice that, though, so I got 4 free when I got them. Thanks for pointing that out!

Oh, you know, I'm probably mistaken then. I had my kids with me, so didn't take the time to read carefully! =) It's always chaos when I'm shopping with kids! LOL
