Is there a limit of one LW cat per day?

You'll be fine, as long as you break it into $30 transactions you can do it as many times as you like.

I rolled LW & SL cats last night 6 different transaction. Same card, 2 transactions a store.

Yup. I've done anywhere from 2 to 6 transactions back to back. As long as you break it up into individual $30 transactions, you should get one for each one.

I tired to do this, but my second cat didn't print. I KNOW I got over $30 b/c I purchased almost identical things as my first purchase. I went to the cs desk and the guy looked at it for like 2 seconds and said "No, your purchases didn't qualify". Yeah right. I was not in the mood, nor had the time to quabble and figured I'd eat the $10 since I've already saved so much. But the more I thought about later it the more I felt wronged. So can I contact catalina or someone else?
