catalina company contact for catalina that didnt print???

I looked in the FAQ and didnt find any information about it there so just wondering if anyone knows how to contact the catalina company for safeway as my 2nd living well $10.00 cat didnt print and I bought over $30.00 of participating products for it and customer service was RUDE, made me stand there with two crying kids forever than when she finally "helped" me just said sorry if it doesnt print it doesnt print deal with it and wouldnt help at all so I need to contact the catalina company its self.

1-888-826-8766. Pick the option for "consumer" which was 3 last time I called a long time ago.

Sounds a lot like what happened to me today. I called Catilina and it turned out 3 of the printers were down at the store. They are sending me the Catilinas I should have received. I also called Safeway Customer Service and told them about what happened. I said I didn't want anyone to get into trouble, but I felt there needed to be better training.

How long does it take to get the cats? I have some they are mailing me.

Depends on what they're for. The guy I spoke to yesterday said they mail out the LWFG once a week and the Bertolli should come in the next week or so. They should be here before the end of the LWFG promo (IMO).
