I didn't get a $10 cat today because the printer was off even though they said it was fine.

I did get handed a $10 bill but I was not satisfied with that becuase it didn't tell me what I had done wrong. I didn't do any thing wrong in this case but would hate to continue making the same mistake, if I had bought the wrong product.

The catalina company could tell the printer was offline and they are calling Safeway.

I did not get my $10 cat because the printer jammed up or something. It gave me the $2.00 cats on the Bertolli's but then it started blinking red. I called the catalina company and they are checking into it and will call me back tomorrow.

I would LOVE to be given a $10 bill instead of the cat! That happened to me with the frozen food deal and I was thrilled! Cash is so much better! It doesn't expire!

I didn't get my $10 cat either they tried to tell me I didn't buy the limit, (which I did) then they tried to tell me that 5 of the items were not part of the Living well, (which ALL my items were) finally after adding up all the starred items that I marked on my reciept (to show they had the little sign of the LW) they gave me a $10 GC. It took about 20 minutes of my time but I prevailed!

I don't know why they can't tell when the printers are down. I'm going to blog about my "FABULOUS" experience today, 'cause it's too long to post here. The short of the long is this . . . don't take the employee's word for it. Call Catilina and set things straight.

The few times I had to do it and get them mailed, it took about a week to two weeks to get it. May be less time down there. I'm always surprised if I get something in less than a week up here. lol

I went today and did 4 deals. I got the coupon for my first two orders and the last two I did not. Of course my last order I bought 10 cartons of Bryers ice cream so I could not wait at the service desk. Now I have to wait until Monday to call. Does any one know how many orders you can do in one day? I hope thats not why the coupons did not print. thank you! Liz

I don't believe there's any limit on how many you can do in a day. I think there's only certain flavors/types of Breyers on the list. Which ones did you get? Were they all tagged at your store? You may have had a non qualifying item in the other order, too. What all did you buy?
