Any problem with the Living Well Promotion

I had a problem early in the promotion with the cats not printing. I bought 16 Bertolli. I called the Cat company and they said they would send me the cats. Today I got the $10.00 cat but not the $2.00 ones for the Bertolli's. The guy at the catalina company said he was putting me on the list for the Bertolli ones too. Are these sent separately and does it take longer than for the LW one? Anyone else have this problem?

I had the same problem with the cats... I called Catalina and they said they would send them, then I only got one $2 cat for the bertolli. I had to call them back.. .They said they would send them out, but it would be in two different envies since they were different promos.

Don't lose your tracking number they give you. hth
