Sometimes one product from a manufacturer is in the promo and another that looks just like is not. I did the deal today, I bought about $31 of LW promo items and used coupons on everything except one, and also bought another $25 of non-promo items to use my $5/$50q from the entertainment book and get a free reusable bag. My total before club card and coupons was about $90 ($55 after club card) and my OOP after club card and coupons was $20. I did use a previous LW $10q when paying. I also got $12.50 in cats back...a good day!
I did get concerned when the cashier (also happened to be the manager) handed me my receipt and OYNO cats that did not include a LW $10 OYNO q. I was a little confused because the credit card machine didn't ask for my signature and I didn't realize that the last total I saw on the register ($40) had gone down to $20 while I was sliding my credit card which doesn't need a signature. At the very end of the transaction as I was about to walk off but asking where my $10 LW cat was, it slowly printed out of the machine. So be careful and watch the machine at the END of the transaction for the cat.
I agree with the other posters, call Catalina and asked what happened. If it wasn't your fault, they will send you the cat. |
