Safeway NW - Living Well, Feeling Great promo 4-15 thru 5-5

I cannot figure out WHAT I am doing wrong - I have done this 3 times (I know, weak, compared to the rest of you all) but the Cats have NOT printed for me once. One transaction, Huggies diapers and Fresh Express Baby Spinach - same ones from the posted list. Another transaction - Huggies diapers and Tampax, again, same as the ones from the UPC list. The other transaction was a huge variety of things I needed but all were marked with the LW tags. I am so confused and it's almost not worth my time to have to go to customer service again, although they've been completely nice and willing to give me a gift card. Anyone else have an issue like this? TIA :)

Might be a bad machine, get your receipts and call Catalina, especially if nothing at all printed from the machine.

I bought two of the $1.99 Arrowheads today (got the $2 cat and the $1 off 2 coupon) but didn't have the courage to include in the LW promo. Does anyone know if they are part of it or are only the smaller bottles?

They are part of the LW deal I have been doing it all week with thoughs unless they are out then I got pods or smaller bottle for my grand babies they all work great .

WHY NO $10 CAT?

Today I bought
$ 5.97 (3) Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
14.95 (5) Ocean Spray CranEnergy
5.99 (1) Sparkle Paper Towel (8 pk.)
3.98 (2) I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
30.89 Subtotal

All the items were white tagged. The only one that I haven't purchased in past days is the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, but I made SURE that I purchased the one that was promo tagged.

I know that CAT machine was working cuz the $3 OYNO for the Pillsbury printed.

After a little friendly persuasion at CS, they gave me a $10 bill, but I want to duplicate this exact deal again.

The Pillsbury are not part of LW promo. The only PB items that are, are the reduced sugar brownie mixes and cake/frostings and I think some of the refrigerated cookies. The PB $3 cat deal is a totally separate thing.

Well, that's odd because they are white tagged at my store and I bought them yesterday and got my $10 CAT. Here's what I did yesterday:

12.00 (10) Quaker Quakes
6.25 (5) Yakisoba Noodles
5.99 (1) Sparkle Paper Towel 8 pk
5.97 (3) Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
30.21

This was at a different Safeway in the next town over, but my $10 CAT printed out slick as snot.

Are you sure they are tagged with lw promotion tags? They are part of a cat for pillsbury deal which are two different things. There are two different Pillbury deals. One is get $2 cat for buying 3 items and the other buy grands and get different amount for cat. They are marked with white tags.

I think you might have gotten the cat the first time because they may have counted the Quaker Quakes at a higher price or some other item and then gave a discount later on the receipt.

The Quaker Quakes I believe are being counted at the regular price...I made a purchase the other day and did not expect to get another $10.00 cat because the sale prices did not count up to $30.00...To my surprise I got another cat and the only thing I could figure that was counting was the Quaker Quakes??

I think you may be right about the Quaker (although you'd never know it by looking at my receipt). I tried to buy the Pillsbury again today and my CAT didn't print.
