Actually, these particular peelies say:

"USE THIS COUPON TO SAVE $1.00 on THIS 8 count package of Kellogg's poptarts. Not Valid Unless Removed By Cashier PEEL HERE"

[emphasis is Kellogg's not mine]

That's very specific and I'm pretty sure the HCW rules don't allow us to promote going around the specific wording, even if it "works".

You know (OT I realize) shortly after I joined this site, I found a peelie at a store for $1 off when you buy X and Y. When the guy scanned it, it took off the full price of Y ($6.xx). I was SO excited that I came here and posted the mistake. I received an "infraction" that never will expire and is a constant reminder to myself to follow the rules. Even though it is a private comment to me on my control panel, it still makes me feel bad when I see it.

That infraction says "Posting about using coupons in a fraudulent manner or in a way that goes against store policy or modifying a coupon in any way." That is how I, for one, know first hand that posting misuse of a coupon is frowned upon here.

i second all of this......but i cant say anything more, because of the much much more infractions i would get...hehe
