woohoo...finally a new promotion. starting 7/9--7/29 we get the summer savings marathon...

looks about the same as last year, buy 25 items, get a $20 cat, buy 15 items get $10 cat, buy 9-14 items get a $5 cat.....

one per transaction, per day.....

Yay! I'm so excited! I rocked the Saving's Rally a few months ago. I hope there is lots of KRAFT products on the list. Would go nicely with the fantastic tearpad coupons that are floating around.

I'm new to this whole couponing/promo world. What kinds of products do you expect to see on the summer savings marathon? Not that there are any great sales out there now at either Safeway or Giant, but I have to go to Giant tonight and I don't want to stock up or waste coupons if they're better off used during the Safeway promo!

Last year this was the sale that started my couponing. I loved it!!! I am so happy its back!

Yeah!!! I hope its a good promotion...seems like the promotions haven't been as good lately as before... anyone else notice this?

I have had trouble with the last few - ended up at CS to get it resolved. Makes me leery of trying it - I wish the register would somehow mark which items qualify for the promotion so you could see clearly if there was a mistake (on your part or the stores).
