FREE gas???

I say's you have earned no point on all 3 receipt's that is why I don't understand.

I think it is accumulating this by store. I went to one store yesterday and got $60 or so on my total. Today I went to another store and spent a little bit and I have < $10, not yesterday's total plus today's and every other one.

Fonzysmom you should call the 800# on your safeway receipt I had the same problem but it was smaller amounts on each receipt, 3 different stores. The store on mill plain, the one in camas and washougal. When I called the 800 # they said they would check into it and give me a call back right away and they did. They weren't sure what was going on but they added all my receipts up and credited me. So when you call, have all your receipts with you, they will ask for dates where it didn't credit properly. Safeway should be able to get this done for you the same day and your "credits" should show up the next day. Goodluck!

I don't see how that would be possible, unless EVERY store in the area has the gas stations. In Seattle, most of the stores don't have them, so I don't know what it is. How would you use your gas rewards from the store with one total, if that store doesn't have a gas station?

It seems to me that there are glitches that they need to work out...

Although, I've got several different SW cards, I now have to make sure I only use ONE card, so I'm accumulating it all on one.

Perhaps a call to the helpline would gain some insight on the issue?

I Can't call I'm deaf but I went again and the last receipt said 1 credit so I went and got gas on 162nd it was $4.14 there so that isn't bad but the arco close is $4.15 so what is the big deal I say now ? silly gas prices ..but thanks for the help..
