This is SO cool! SchwoonsMom, my flyer says the same thing as yours - they will totally stack! It makes total sense that they would count manufacturer's coupons, but not store coupons or pre-club card prices. I will be interested to see if my ONYO catalinas count towards gas or not, since they are technically manufacturer's. coupons.

So now, I just have to redeem $4,000 worth of coupons so I can get free gas.

Don't think I won't try!

I don't have a safeway, but Giant does a gas points program and it works pretty much the same way. The nice thing about Giant, is that they offer extra gas points promos. Right now, they have a buy 8 of thinglisted nd get an additional 200 gas points. So far I have 1060 gas pts.

I did the coke b2g3f deal 2 days ago w/some other stuff, and got $60xx credited. (20 12pks) I did it again today w/some stuff, and got another $60 credited. (20 12pks again) I've got my first .10 reward, and am $46 into my next one. I can't wait to get my FREE 12pk q's from mycokerewards, to use with the next b2g3f sale (they have them every couple weeks) I'm thinking that I'll still get the same amount of points, 'cause I'm "paying" for the first 2 12pks... Anyhow, I remember before, they had a way to attach receipts to your card if you forgot to scan your card... Anyone know how this works? It would be great, 'cause sometimes the cashier hit's that stupid button and clears right thru it. I want points for every dollar I spend!

Anyhow... We'll see! I normally shop at Safeway, since it's the closest... I figure I'll have at least 4 rewards by the time this quarter ends... And I don't know about your area, but my fave gas station (cheapest ANYWHERE in the area) had been going up 3-5c every day...until a week ago, it stayed steady at $4.27, and went down yesterday to $4.25... Boy, wouldn't it be great to have .50c/gal cheaper, AND have gas go down!!

OK.. I see that your store is doing something different than my store. Our safeway is just giving the .10 off per gallon... you can accumulate as many as you want -but you can only use them 1 at a time.

I want the deal your store is offerring!!! It sounds like a great deal. Where are you at?

Scrappy, I'm in Oregon. That's lame that your offer is different. Maybe you can call the customer service hotline and ask them why.

In southern California our gas deal is Buy $50 in one transaction get .10 per gallon discount on gas. Discounts may be accumulated and must be used by the end of the quarter 9/30/08. This is the regular gas promo here. I used 3 discounts in June for the quarter ended 6/30/08. Also, if you don't have the .10 discount you can still get the regular .03 discount per gallon by swiping your card at the pump or entering phone #. The gas location nearest me just put in pay with cash on the island pumps too and so they are offering a .05 discount for using the machine which is stackable with the .10 discount or the .03 discount for a maximum of .15 discount. I'll take it whatever the discount since gas here last week was minimum of $4.55 and I paid $4.38 at Vons. I always have cash to pay too because I buy my groceries first and get cash back at the register then use it to pay at the pump! no atm fees!

I've already got 2 .10c rewards, and with this new savings promo coming up, it should be great!!

Okay I Need some help here I have went to safeway 3 times I'm only going to do the Summer Savings Marathon so anyway's I went July 10 th and I earned $63.70 towards your next power Pump reward's.
Then I went July 11th and it says I earned $99.45
Then I went again today July 11th and it say's I earned $67.32 what is going on? I really don't understand this at all..How can it look like that using the same card but 1 differnet safeway's ??? I mean that last time I went to safeway was tonight and it show's I earned $67.32..can anyone let me know how this is working please ? Thanks

When you were at 99.45, above that, how many rewards have you accumulated at that point?

On the next receipt, it should say you've earned 1 reward, and are at 67.32.

Each time you hit 100, you get 1 reward and it starts counting again.
