Safeway has updated their site. You have to click on the boxes on the bottom to bring up a list. They're not very specific, though.

=31.90
-15 mft cpns (15 x .50 doubled)
=16.90 and get the $10 cat back

So really 16.90 - 10 = 6.90 for 15 bottles which equals out to .46 a bottle

Then if you dont want the overage and want to spread it across the other items.. you can do this...

=$30
-$15 ($1.50/2 protein bars)
-$4 ($1.00/1 oust, windex, fantastik)
=11.00 and get the $10 cat back

$11-$10 = $1 for 20 protein bars and 4 cleaning bottles.

Looking at the online ad, I see Tava included at $2.50 (IPs and peelies). Powerbars are $1 and Albertsons has a $2 cat wyb 10, thru 4/22, don't know if it works at Safeway. Bogo on Breyers, Chex Mix and Pop Secret.

Tava is $3.50 here. *pouts* Fresh Express salads are $2.50 (probably less for you guys). Does anyone know if the Goldfish crackers might be included? I can't tell. Or the Steamfresh? I don't think those are, but it's kinda hard to tell. Progresso Light 2/$5 and Haagen-Daz for 3.99.
