Cheap deals for $1/1 O Organics coupon

What deals are people finding to use the $1/1 O Organics coupons that are at the registers this week? They expire 12/31/10, and you can only use one per transaction.
I found a 4oz bag of dried cranberries for $1.50 in the produce dept.

Canned beans are now $1.25, pinto, garbanzo, soy, kidney, black etc.

where are you finding these coupons

I was finding them a few weeks ago at the registers, in a pile there. Haven't seen them lately though. I also saw a stack near the pharmacy, gone from there now too.
