I think your best bet would be to go to the Safeway website and use the store locator option, this will point you to the current regional ad for that store. Prices and items do seem to differ between regions.

The coupon rules are also listed on the web site, although it seems some stores try to use their own rules. The best bet would be to look on the back page of the Ad in the small print at the bottom, they usually list the rules there. The web site also has a section for internet printable coupons, you might want to check that out also.

I think the doublers come from the local newspaper ad, not the instore ad.

Oregon and SW Washington get a slightly different ad from most of Washington, they have 4 doublers printed in the ad each week. The more northern parts of Wa don't get those.

In Northern Oregon/Portland they are in the Sunday and/or Tuesday "Oregonian", in my area. I have also often found them in the instore ads, but not this month.
