It's not working at my store. I did 3 transactions, 2 with coupons and even tried it w/o q's, and it didn't work at all... Anyone else having trouble? Does anyone have the printed catalina slip that I can use to show them?

Make sure your cereal is all at least 12 oz or larger, and try it at a different checkstand or at least make sure the machine is working right. Sometimes the green light is on and no one is home. I got the impression from the Lowes Foods thread that theirs seemed to work most reliably on the cereals that were on sale.

It didn't work for me at the SW store on Greenwood in Seattle. There's a form (Contact | Catalina Marketing) on the Catalina website that I filled out, and they called me yesterday to get my information. After some research, the rep discovered that something was down at that store. They're sending me a $10 OYNO in the mail though! I'd contact Catalina.
