I am not sure if it is regional, I got the catalina in Maryland, there were no signs in the store, it just came out when I checked out. Are you sure the Catalina machine was on and working correctly, half the time I check out they aren't and I have to call Catalina to get my coupon!

Thanks for the help guys. I actually called the catalina company (1-888-826-8766 Option 3) before reading your post and asked them about this. They had me give them some information from the receipts (I did 2 transactions) and they told me I qualified for the coupons and they are sending them in the mail.
