FAQ What to do if someone says they did not receive your end of a trade & who to tell when you do resend

Hi Traders,

It is always fantastic when, as a trader, you stand behind your trade and you resend when someone says your envie did not arrive.
The USPS is not foolproof, and I know that sometimes we ask family members to mail for us, or use a drop bin we are not sure of. Making up a missing trade is great.

But making up the trade is not the final step. Even if you are resending, please take a moment to let Tacaton or I know that an envie you sent went missing and who it was mailed to.

These are the types of things we track to figure out if certain recipients have a lot of missing incoming envies.

Sometimes the trader really doesn't send them but I always give the trader the benefit of the doubt. If they have bad feedback or neutral it might be the trader really didn't send it.I check the trader's feedback, and I encourage people to check mine too. What Kristen is saying is that if the person receiving the trade didn't get it maybe they have a postal issue if they don't get their other trades too. If they just don't get one trade then it is not a postal issue. Check their feedback and that will help you out.
