Trade organization?

I spent alot of time on here this am looking for some ideas, and can't seem to find any.

I'm looking for an easy organized way of keeping track of trades. i.e name, date, sent, recived.....

So as many ideas as possible would be great! Thanks in advace for all the ideas!

There was a great excel sheet posted in the TNT Trade forum, I will post it here. i just use my PM folders and make a folder for "pending trades" so I can keep track of who I'm trading with and who I owe fb to and when I made the trade. Plus that way if it should happen to turn into a bad trade, I still have all the PMs. Once the trade is completed on both sides, I delete the PMs. Or in the database, it keeps everything there for you, so you have all the info you need.

I use one of the free composition notebooks we got.
My pages look like this:

When I have feedback (left and received) then I archive the trade pm into a seperate folder.
