In most cases, I think the seller should eat the loss.
If the price discrepancy was a big one or if it is a seasoned trader & brand new seller and it was clear that the amt charged was way low I would hope the veteran trader would coach a little and say that is really low.
Otherwise, thats just not ok to do.
You cannot force the seller to send for the price quoted, but you can sure leave feedback based on the trade.
