Paypal Transactions for trades :


1. Sellers and traders can specify in trade posts that payments must be personal transactions and be existing funds so no fees will be charged.

2. It has been decided that sellers in auctions and traders that are receiving money CAN ask the buyer/winner to pay all of, 1/2 of, or some portion of the fees associated with them receiving the money.
This must be said up front, either in the auction post, the trade post or at the beginning of trade negotiations.
Only actual fees can be charged to winners/buyers. No handling fees, or fees for personal transactions.

Effective 6/29/09 trade mods will be leaving appropriate feedback for Auction sellers when auctions are hosted and not closed out with a winner declared and the winner contacted.

** Effective 9/1/09 traders that are found to use Hot Coupon World primarily for the purpose of trading for multiple formula checks or medicine checks will be removed from the site.
If you are a regular trader who also happens to need formula checks for your family this rule does not affect you.
The intent the of the Hot Coupon World trading fourms is not in line with having members who are part of mulitple sites trading in bulk for these checks.

Effective 9/28/09 we are updating the Trades Current Coupons and Offers Forum Rules.

Members can have up to 5 posts in Current trades at any time.
The bump rules will remain the same, limit of 3 bumps in any 24 hour period and your OP does count as #1 when you first post.
Posts will be removed from the forum on day 5 of inactivity.

This will allow everyone to decide for themselves how to use their alloted posts in the forum.

** Please note, we have forums for Have Lists and Wish Lists. Your long posts detailing all that you have to trade or are in search of do need to be in those forums.

Effective 10/11/09:
RE: Online codes. Because each promotion is different we may limit how and the quantity of online codes traded.

In that light, club pogo codes are limited to a max of 12 per member to trade period.
